How long does it take to go live, and do I need a technical team?

Around 2 weeks for the eSIM API and MCP, about four weeks for a hosted web store, and 8 to 12 weeks for a native app, depending on scope and app store review. Not for the web store or the native app, which we build, host and maintain. For the API and MCP, your developers integrate against one REST API with full documentation, sandbox access and SDKs for iOS and Android.

How are payments handled, and can I set my own prices?

The web store uses Stripe checkout with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, plus local currencies and promo codes. The native app supports multiple payment methods and stored wallets. With the API, you use your own checkout. Yes. You buy at our wholesale rates, set retail prices per plan and per market, and keep the margin. Pricing, promotions and reporting are managed from the Partner Dashboard.
